- 12-20 Spring roll pastry sheets
- 500g Beef or venison mince
- 3 Medium sized onions – 2 chopped and one for garnishing
- 60g Raisins or sultanas
- 2-3tsp Mild curry powder
- 1 Egg
- 120ml Milk
- 60ml Vinegar
- 1 Apple peeled, cored and chopped
- 1 Slice of white bread
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Small cucumber
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
